Native Barre was created by, Bridget C. Wilson in 2011. She was inspired by a method of excercise created by, Lotte Berk called the Lotte Burke Method. She dramatically changed her own body following this method and went on to integrate her background as a competitive figure skater and ballet dancer along with the method to create a full body work out. Using a ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance, Native Barre will take inches off your seat and waist, tone and sculpt your thighs, arms, stomach and back. All of the movements are designed to be low impact and easy on your joints.
Native Barre will give you a strong core, increase your cardiovascular health, create long and lean muscles, lift your seat, increase your flexibility, improve your posture and give you strength and endurance. It will also improve your mind body connection.
