More about Natural Paths Center for Ayurvedic Psychology & Wellness

“Psychotherapy” is formed from the combination of the Greek words 'theraps' (meaning, an attendant), and 'psyche" (meaning soul or spirit). A helpful therapist attends to, and listens for spirit and the innermost voice of the client. I have been gifted, and I have learned a variety of approaches to attend to the potential of each client, which brings about understanding and healing from the deep psyche within.

We meet in a prepared, safe, and supportive environment. Whether clients struggle with anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, fear, addiction, stress, chronic pain, relationship issues, grief, or if they just need a judgement-free space to decompress or seek advice, they are met with compassion and professionalism. Those who value the path of self-improvement, spirituality, and inner exploration will benefit from my care. My training was unique in that it addresses body, mind, and spiritual aspects of client care. I offer compassionate support and the opportunity for deepened insight with healthy coping strategies.

In addition to spiritual psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, we offer light touch therapies - CranioSacral Therapy, Acupressure, and Reiki from a Reiki Master. Energy Healing has been used for thousands of years in the East, and now has become accepted in the West as a complimentary practice to Western Medicine and Psychology. We also offer Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Herbology which compliments western practices. I am not a licensed Psychologist or LPC so I do not practice traditional Western psychotherapy, which I found to not be that helpful, but I am sure some benefit from it.
