Provide SELRES who contribute to strategic depth; we will accomplish this by maintaining unsurpassed SELRES readiness. We are ready to surge forward - anytime, anywhere - from peace to war.

Furnish SELRES who are flexible, responsive, and able to serve across a wide spectrum of operations. This will clearly enhance the Navy Total Force; act as a true force multiplier; and provide unique skill sets toward fulfilling the Navy's requirements in an increasingly uncertain world.

Deliver timely, cost-effective operational capabilities, through our people and equipment, which are relevant and valued by the Navy. Our SELRES will serve alongside active component Sailors and deliver capabilities that are unmatched for quality.

Provide SELRES who offer full-time excellence through part-time and full-time service. NOSC Syracuse will manage policies, processes, and administrative systems transparently and seamlessly, making it easy for SELRES and their families to serve.
