Are the parts for the scooter available in the US?
We have seen some cases where the parts are not available in the US. If you can find a service center that will service the scooter they will import the parts. This can be frustrating and costly. Something as small as a headlight might leave you stranded.

Scooterz NC, Inc. offers parts for all the scooters we sell. We stock many of the parts for our scooters right here in our store. If we don't have it on the shelf, we can get it from our warehouse within 4 to 5 days. When you buy from Scooterz NC, Inc. we can provide parts for your scooter and get them quickly.




Can you even replace parts on the bike?
Some lower-end bikes are not even made to accept replacement parts. Make sure you can replace the tire, brake pads, fuel filters, body parts, and engine parts. Eventually the parts will need replacement and you should be sure your scooter parts can be replaced.

Scooterz NC, Inc. carries replacement parts for all the scooters we sell. We deal in quality bikes and stock the parts for all our bikes either here or in our warehouse.




Does that Internet bike come in a box?
It sure does! Most of the Internet deals show up in a big box and you get to assemble it. What happens if it doesn't start or you run into problems while assembling the bike?
