NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center

NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center has a state of the art cardio theatre, selectorized equipment, free weights, indoor rubberized running track, indoor heated pool - water aerobics and laps, juice bar and nutrition center, locker rooms, personal training and more. Our Wellness Center is a comfortable environment open to the public.

At every level of our Wellness Center, we do what is necessary to ensure our members well-being by helping them meet their 'individual goals.' Our training philosophy is based on the Periodization of resistance training, sound nutrition, and cardiovascular training - our Triangle of Success.

Our complimentary fitness consultation provides a baseline from which to begin your fitness program. In your one hour appointment we will set goals based on solid information about your current level of fitness and assess where you to determine where you can go. Our personal training programs put our Periodization philosophy into practice and help you achieve your Triangle of Success.

NEA Baptist Wellness Center is a SilverSneakers certified facility. Anyone that has SilverSneakers as a benefit on their medical insurance can come to the Wellness Center free of charge.
