Wellness Care: Comprehensive clinical care and preventative treatments. We provide regular screenings, health counseling, and chronic illness management through our Family Practice.

Urgent Care: Our Urgent Care facility will provide acute care for concerns such as coughs, cold & flu, sore throats, stomach aches, sprains and strains, and other non-life-threatening acute injuries and illnesses.

Healthcare Facility: Our clinics are based in a state of the art, beautiful primary care office, located in the heart of Spring Lake. The team at Neighborhood Clinic understands the healthcare needs in our community, and are aimed to create a caring environment by providing top notch medical services. We will provide an in-house X-Ray imaging, and lab testing with both Rapid and 24hr turnaround times for quick and easy results.

Occupational Health Services: We will provide Pre-Employment screenings for job candidates, as well as partner with local businesses to provide B2B contracts to provide employment related services.
