NEPA CrossFit in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is one of the largest and most well equipped CrossFit gyms on the East Coast, boasting more than 24,000 square feet. Our upper deck is furnished with a 24ft competition style pull up rig, eight Olympic lifting platforms, and Westside Barbell powerlifting racks for our clients to use anytime during the day. On the lower deck the workout of the day is taught on 18,000 sqft. After the workout enjoy our private showers, our comfortable lounge area with 70″ HD television, and our store stocked with everything you could need before, during, and after a workout.

We help our clients meet their fitness goals, whether that’s getting in shape, training for an Ironman, or competing nationally in Weightlifting. NEPA CrossFit uses small, intimate classes taught by highly trained professionals to get you all of the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. We also offer two different types of workouts during every scheduled class, each with their own trainer.
