My name is Samantha and I have been practicing Neuromuscular Massage Therapy since the end of 2009. This is a deeper type of therapy focused more on pain management, rather than relaxation. It can consist of trigger point or myofascial releases, skin rolling techniques, and stretching. I also utilize hot packs in my treatment, which helps increase blood flow to the muscle, helping with releases. Although, most people come to me for more pain management work, I also do normal relaxation massages as well.
