New Bern Surgical Associates, PA has been providing expert surgical services to residents of Eastern North Carolina for over fifty years. Individualized and comprehensive patient care is our primary goal. Beginning with your initial consultation, care will always be provided by one of our four Board Certified general surgeons. In the office, operating room and hospital, be assured that if you are under our care, you will ALWAYS be seen by one of the members of New Bern Surgical Associates.

No Referral is necessary for you to be seen by a member of our group. We will communicate with your doctor on record if requested but it is not necessary for you to acquire their approval for you to be seen by one of our surgeons.

Areas of expertise include benign and cancerous lesions of the colon, stomach, and small intestine; diseases of the gall bladder, breast, thyroid, parathyroid, and skin; surgical treatment for gastroesophageal reflux, hernias of the abdominal wall and diaphragm, surgical and nonsurgical treatment of hemorrhoids.

Services provided include breast, colon and care and treatment of hemorrhoids. We offer screening for skin cancer and will remove precancerous and cancerous lesions and will provide a full spectrum of all treatments for skin lesions to include freezing, cautery and precise surgical removal.

As general surgeons, we are trained in artful precision and consider all aspects of your surgery to include physical and emotional issues related to your decisions and outcome. We are here to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and educate you regarding all aspects of the surgery performed. We provide consistency and quality from the SAME qualified staff.
