Below are descriptions of the classes we offer.
Sport-Fit Class – Sport Fit is geared towards adult athletes that still play recreational sports or who want to train and feel like an athlete. This intense class will use Strength Training, Speed and Agility Training, Plyometric Training, and Endurance Training to produce the best weekend warrior possible.
Lift-It Class – If you like Olympic lifting and Strength Training this class is for you. This class focuses on building complete and all around strength, through the use of proper periodization and programing, technique, and great coaching. If you want to bring out your inner beast this class is for you!
HIIT Class (High Intensity Interval Training) – Burning Fat is the sole purpose of this class. In this 30 minute class we use all training movements and training types to promote maximal fat burning. If you like short and sweet and hot and spicy, this class is for you!
Personal Training – Our certified trainers will identify your needs and design a specific individual program to guide you in your road to success. Your personalized program will start with a needs analysis and assessment of body measurements and fitness testing so we can equip our clients with the necessary tools to ensure success. Performance Training– In order to improve as an athlete, you must train like an athlete. Our Performance Training program, through proper use of Programming and Periodization, Endurance Training, Strength Training, Speed and Agility, and Plyometric Movements will prepare anyone who participates competitively.
Facility Rental – Our Facility can be used for Team Workouts, Team Building Events, etc.… Please call for more information.
Athletic Team Training – Our Team Training will create and develop a program to target a team’s weaknesses and strengths, to have them competing at the highest levels possible. We train teams of all sports and sizes. Please call for more information and rates.
