New Home Ministries, founded by Bishop Robert C. Blakes, Sr., has been delivering the Word of God in the greater New Orleans area for nearly five decades. With a membership of over 10,000, the ministry has extended its reach to Hammond, East New Orleans, Algiers, Baton Rouge, and Houston, Texas.

Bishop Blakes, along with his sons, Pastor R. C. Blakes Jr. and Pastor Samuel R. Blakes, have had a calling on their lives that have touched people form around the world.
