We are a peer-run recovery program for people with past or present mental health concerns.

We are a non-judgmental environment where your peers will not tell you what to do or look down on you.

We focus on what people can do instead of what they can't. We realize that no one can do everything, and everyone can do something.

We see equal value in all human beings regardless of mental experience, gender, sexual orientation, age, race, color or creed.

We believe that mental health is a social justice issue, and we talk about what that means to each of us.
