New Life Breakthrough Ministries

Pastor Haywood and First Lady/Minister Joy Richardson have both been saved and serving God faithfully for close to 40 years. They have been married for 41 years. Pastor Richardson felt the call of God to begin his ministry while serving as an Elder and Presiding Elder in the Church of God/Citadel of Hope Ministry. He and the First Lady have been well trained. In 2014, they decided to step out on faith and begin this ministry. Their life experiences have equipped them for ministering to the needs of others. A true test came when they lost one of their twin sons to a senseless murder and 7 weeks later their youngest son became ill suddenly and passed away. They have remained faithful to the Lord through it all.
