Mari von Walthausen, RYT200, is the studio owner & instructor. She has been practicing yoga for the past 20+ years. In 2009 she began training to teach yoga with Libby Robold at Yoga for Health Mentoring Academy at the Grand Traverse Commons. Mari has taught all ages and abilities with great care and compassion, encouraging curiosity and exploration.

We are beings sharing the same building block molecules with every other being…sweetgrass, swallows, streams, stars…sharing the same breath…and sharing the same deep inner knowing.
