Our President and Chief Executive Officer, Jermaine Roller, began his career in transportation in 2002, while studying Business Administration and Management at Kent State University. He worked part-time as a Bus Operator at the Kent State Campus Bus Service, where he obtained a Class B Commercial Driver's License. In late 2004, after returning home he began a new field of study in Criminal Justice at Youngstown State University while working as a part-time Chauffeur for a small family-owned and operated company, Absolute Limousine Service. Later that same year, he received and accepted a job opportunity working at Gold Cross Limousine Service based in Struthers, Ohio.

During his tenure at Gold Cross Limousine, he met and worked with many diverse talented individuals, gaining invaluable knowledge, the professional expertise, and "hands-on" working experience necessary to become knowledgeable and proficient with the day-to-day operations of a transportation company.

In April of 2008, Mr. Roller's entrepreneurial spirit lead him to the establishment of New Wave Limousine with a simple vision of being innovative, while also pioneering a "New Wave" of affordable, upscale ground transportation services for the Ohio Valley. This vision has kept and continues to keep our overall mission and business objectives clear.
