Newark Leadership Academy NLA

NLA has a strong culture and philosophy. We hold students personally accountable for behavior and academic achievement. As a community, we emphasize on student leadership development. Our academic environment enables accelerated learning (i.e. extended days). Each student is given an Indivual Development Plan. Students who engage in a positive peer culture and community service can earn incentives.
