The Newport-Mesa Family YMCA is a fully equipped fitness and recreation center that offers certified personal training on site, adult/youth sports programs, lap swim and heated outdoor pool, basketball court, outdoor soccer arena, yoga studio, Back Bay Hiking Trail Access, family events and movie nights, KidZone (free child care service while you workout), an outdoor play area and walking trails, and over 80 group exercise classes FREE with membership – Yoga, Zumba®, BODYPUMP™, Total Fit, and more! In addition to membership, the Newport-Mesa Family YMCA also offers sports classes and leagues, swim lessons and teams, and community programs such as Adventure Guides.
