Nice Modern Creamery

Nice Modern cafe and creamery is the result of combining a few passions into one. We started out by asking ourselves why do we exist on this earth and what do we naturally like to do. After years of sole searching, traveling and researching we realized that it's not about figuring out the "what to do" that's important but "why" we do it. We discovered that why we do what we do has at it's core the following core values:

1. We are passionate about loving people

2. We are passionate about bringing value to people's lives

3. We are passionate about changing the world

4. We are passionate about making people feel good

5. We are passionate about being creative, innovative and pushing the envelope beyond the status quo.

6. We are passionate about being hospitable

7. We are passionate about food and desserts.

8. In short we believe "dessert can change the world" thus encompassing all the values mentioned above.

With these values in mind, and a vast experience in business and the food industry, we decided to pursue the "what to do". After months of cataloging all of our ideas and vast experiences, an idea started taking shape and it began to look more and more like a creamery but with a very unique and modern twist. Thus came the idea/concept now know as Nice (a Modern Cafe and Creamery). This place will feature a fresh way of doing ice cream and other delicatessen, all while taking the customer on an experience they've never had before - motivating them to join our cause of changing the world.
