Nick left Greece in 1963 to work in the galleys of a merchant ship. At the age of 13 he traveled across the Atlantic, gathering recipes from many ports from all around the world.
Upon relocating to the United States, Nick began cheffing in a small italian restaurant in New York with dreams of opening a family style restaurant of his own.
Favorably impressed during a visit to the Seattle area, he quickly knew that the west was his new home. Nick and his wife, Pam, have enjoyed personally cooking and serving you for over 30 years!
