Nicole Ngonevolalath is a Senior Loan Officer with HomeStreet Bank. She works with a variety of homeowners from first-time buyers to those downsizing in their later years. Her passion to help others and her unique ability to understand the complete mortgage transaction process provides her clients peace of mind and reassurance that someone has their best interest at heart.
Nicole has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and possesses a wealth of experience in all facets of retail and community banking. Her last position was an Assistant Vice President and a Team Leader for Key Bank Wealth Management group. She joined HomeStreet Bank in 2015.
Nicole is active in the Community and currently serves as a board member for Asian Counsel and Referral Services (ACRS) in Seattle. She also served as a co-chair for Executive Development Institute. She is a former board member of Community In Schools of Federal Way and has served as committee member for Go Red for Women, Tacoma Symphony, Lao Heritage Foundation, and she is a graduate of Executive Development Institute.
Nicole was born in Pakse, Laos, and grew up in the Puget Sound region. She and her husband, Thip, currently live in South King County with their two dogs, Tiko and Sade, and in their spare time they enjoy exploring the beautiful great outdoors that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
