I love to buy and sell real estate. From the excitement of the initial phone call that a client wants to buy or sell a home, to celebrating after the closing, I truly enjoy every moment. I approach this business with the goals of professionally handling all aspects of the process, while also having fun. There is no bigger moment in your life than the buying or selling (or both!) of real estate, so I like to make sure it's an experience to remember. With an extensive background in mortgage sales, mortgage underwriting, customer service, property management, & home renovating, I am one of the most well-rounded resources in the business. Three things you can expect from me: scary quick reponse times, follow up 100% of the time, and blunt honesty.

My priorities have always been (in this order): 1. Make sure my clients are happy 2. Sell houses & 3. Earn a living. I will sacrifice some of #3 10 times out of 10 to make sure numbers 1 & 2 are knocked out of the park every time. Real Estate is about "more than houses" to me. Every year around the Holidays, I announce what causes and/or charities I will be donating to based upon the number of homes I have sold that year. In 2016, I was able to make sizable donations on behalf of my clients to Warren County Big Brothers & Big Sisters, the Warren County Child Advocacy Center, Operation Santa, & the Rotary Foundation. I believe the only way to be great is to make the people and the world around you better, so I am proud that with your help we are able to make these special contributions every year.

I live in Springboro with my husband Joe, and daughter Gia who often times accompany me in my home buying and selling adventures. I was born and raised in Fairfield, OH and graduated from the University of Dayton where I was a goalkeeper for the Varsity Women's Soccer Team. I love to run & cycle and attend any and all Dayton events. I love where I live and am an active member within the Springboro Chamber of Commerce & the Springboro Rotary Club.
