Nilo es una persona apasionada, y no sólo le encanta hacer peluquería, sino también le encanta la relación que construye con sus clientes. La gente viaja desde fuera de la ciudad, el estado, e incluso de otros países para experimentar sus servicios de peluquería. "Cuando trabajo con el cabello, lo veo como un trabajo en equipo. Por supuesto, tengo mis ideas creativas, pero es importante para mí saber lo que mis clientes piensan. Hace tres anos decidí tener mi propio salón y estoy muy contento por ello. Mi trabajo se basa en una peluquería libre y revolucionaria, de cortes limpios y con carácter. Quiero lograr estilos muy creativos y que hagan sentir a los clientes seguros de sí mismo cuando se miren al espejo, que se sientan bien y cómodos con el fácil manejo de su cabello.
Me encanta la peluquería vanguardista , creo en la peluquería que hacen los ingleses, creo que es la base principal de todo el estilismo, sus formas creativas , líneas perfectas clásicas y modernas es lo que me inspira en estos momentos a seguir su ejemplo de creatividad y destreza." dice.

“When I do hair, I think of it as a team effort. Sure I have all my creative ideas, but it’s important to me to hear what my client thoughts are.
"Three years ago I decided to have my own salon and I'm very happy about that. My work is based on a free and revolutionary hairdressing style with clean cuts and character. I want to achieve very creative styles and make customers feel confident when they look at themselves in the mirror, to feel good and comfortable with the easy handling of the hair." he says.
"I love the edgy hairdressing. I believe in the English hairdressing and I think is the main base of all the styling. Its creative forms, classic and modern clean lines is what inspires me at the moment as an example of creativity and skill to be followed" he says.
