Fiber, looms, spinning wheels, skirting tables, and yarn took over the house! I had to find studio space! 36 Public Square became available and Nimby Acre Fiber Art moved in. Now In My Back Yard (nimby) Acre on Edgewood Road is still the home of 4 llamas, 3 alpacas and 1 angora rabbit. I process all of their fiber by hand through all stages of cleaning, carding, spinning and weaving. Teaching others how to engage in the wonderful process of turning raw fleece into a finished product is the mission of Nimby Acre Fiber Art.
