May 1- Sept. 30th NJ Beach Yoga flows on the JFK Blvd Beach in Sea Isle City every M~W~F at 7:30am, all levels flow, no need to preregister since there is always room on the beach! Private Beach Yoga sessions for Family Vacations, Bachelorette Yoga and Fun delivered to your vacation location!

Wednesday Nights 7pm join us year round inside the Sea Isle Community Lodge for a deeply relaxing class, we meet inside the Lodge October - April for Friday Flow 7:30am. The Lodge is also our rain location for Beach Yoga.

Teri O'Connor, ERYT-500 teaches a breath based balanced flow that leaves you feeling energized and relaxed. Teri brings a playful spirit, 10 years of experience and advanced training, and a passion for living life to the fullest to each class.
