NLaws was created in 2003 to enhance quality customer service, a need that was not being fulfilled in Savannah GA. Our Savannah born founders, Jay Epstein and Steve Kaplan, wanted to build a produce company that focused on keeping customers happy. These two in-laws, hence the name, had worked in the produce industry for decades at all levels. With years of experience, the NLaws created their own company for the Savannah and Hilton Head areas.
From the outset, our customers realized that NLaws had a sincere commitment to their business endeavors and focused on total customer care. NLaws services range from emergency deliveries late into the night to sourcing produce not yet seen in the Savannah area. Our company quickly became known for going the extra mile to serve their customers. This attention to detail and emphasis on customer care allowed us to grow into the company that we are today.
In 2005, NLaws added two sales representatives with extensive kitchen experience. Who better to sell to cooks and chefs than cooks and chefs?! Soon afterwards another one of our sales mantras became “Cooks Helping Cooks”. Since that time we have added two more chefs to our sales staff and have experienced much success.
NLaws now possesses 15 custom climate-controlled trucks, 50,000+ square feet of refrigerated warehouse space, a dedicated and hardworking staff, and many loyal customers. NLaws is now embarking on an exciting new venture titled NLaws@Home.
NLaws@Home is taking the business model of exceptional customer care and quality that businesses all around the Savannah area have come to expect and NOW will be delivered to your home or office. We are now providing a new method to supply your office or home with our entire inventory of locally sourced and amazingly fresh produce. We will also be sourcing a wonderful selection of local favorites ranging from baked goods, honey, to handmade chocolates delivered right to your door.
