Amenities will include a private pool, boat parking, game room, three balconies and two kids' retreats! Full kitchen plus an additional kitchenette, boardwalk to the beach, 2 blocks from Beach Access #8, Tiki Bar, partial Gulf view, two sets of washers and dryers and 2 outdoor showers. 3 night minimum during high season (Summer). No pets, no smoking.

External: Enjoy your own private swimming pool with beach entry surrounded by beautiful palm trees. A fenced-in yard available for children next to the covered patio. Outdoor speakers for the patio and pool areas included for your entertainment. Parking for a boat and 6+ vehicles available.

First Floor: A Game Room and Kitchenette looking out to the private pool are included on the first floor. One bedroom - 2 sets of bunks (Queen/Double) and one sofa sleeper. Access to hallway bathroom with a bath tub and washer/dryer.

Second Floor: Two bedrooms - first bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and shower. Second bedroom has a king size bed with a shared bathroom (shared with common areas) including a shower. Living room and kitchen and large family dining area also on second floor. Two balconies facing the beach and the pool are included on this floor as well.

Third floor: Three bedrooms - first bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and shower. Second bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to a shared bathroom (shares with bunk room) and includes a bath tub. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (Queen/Double) and one sofa sleeper and access to the shared bathroom.
