We provide in-home care for those who are Elderly or Disabled, may have Alzheimer's/Dementia (respite care), those who may be suffering from cancer, and also those who may be post hospital patients. We will provide care in the comfort of your own home with the dignity and respect you deserve. We will thoroughly assess your needs to determine the best care. Family philosophy and history are very important to us in order to get to know you and your family. A case coordinator will meet with you in your home. We will assess functional limitations, allergies, eating preferences and restrictions, medical diagnosis, typical reaction to receiving care, physical or cognitive impairments, any behavior issues, in home entertainment, sleep preferences, communication, personal care preferences, idea for activities and socializing or any other concerns you may have. We will also escort our clients to doctors appointments and run errands. We will always keep our families abreast of any changes that occur with their loved one. Our goal is to provide every client with a compatible caregiver who will enhance their quality of life all in the comfort of their own home. Trust is always the key! We understand the importance of keeping a consistent, calm atmosphere to assist with the challenges that exist for your loved one. We also sit with your loved one should the need arise for them to go into the hospital, nursing home, or an assisted living center.
