Noah Visscher Health and Wellness Coaching

As your health coach, my primary focus is enabling you to be an advocate for your own health and wellness. My degree in health and human performance coupled with years of martial arts experience enable me to bring an intelligent, holistic perspective to optimizing multi-faceted health and wellness needs across a wide diversity of clients.

Together we will set goals that will lead you through seemingly difficult obstacles to creating long-lasting positive change. I will provide encouragement, proven tools for success, and a nonjudgmental space to explore desired lifestyle and behavior changes. All that is required is willingness to change, a commitment to communicate honestly and some dedicated work. My goal is to make you self-reliant in your future efforts related to exercise, nutrition, and stress management. Health coaching is an excellent fit for anyone who wants to improve his or her health and overall state of wellness; whether that means losing weight, managing stress, or preparing for an upcoming adventure.

The introductory consultation will be free. We will cover intake information and get to know one another. After that, sessions will be $50 each.
