Nola Soul Yoga & Healing Arts

Our mission is to provide a creative, soothing space for people of all ages and walks of life to come together and practice being present, practice finding our balance and breath, practice letting go and practice the art of finding and loving our authentic selves through the healing arts. Our studio is a beautifully renovated 500 square foot space with 14 foot reclaimed wood ceilings and windows looking out to tree-lined Opelousas Avenue. Our talented and charming teachers lead classes in Vinyasa yoga, Conscious dance and Meditation. We are also planning workshops covering a range of topics on spirituality, metaphysics, women and girl's empowerment and more!
