Nomi Pilates is a holistic boutique studio offering Pilates, yoga, barre and functional fitness and movement integration since 2004!

Within the studio nomipilates houses state of the art skin, lash extension and hair/makeup specialists.
The studio sells all natural bars and shakes as well as a select showcase of fitness gear, grip socks, and much more!

Nomi Pilates educates and teaches movement derived from Joseph Pilates "classical" method utilizing Gratz equipment as well as polestar physical Therapy method with balanced body allegro 2 reformer combo and chairs.
Classical and modern movement meet and work together to formulate the perfect fitness criteria for each "body" and individual.

Classes are up to 6 persons, with well trained instructors who are all Certified in Pilates, pre natal Pilates , Pilates for contraindications and practicing 5-12 years.

Safe effective and tailored for each different body, nomi Pilates not only teaches but educates
The body mind and spirit.

It is not uncommon for nomipilates team to send a "body" home with a foam Roller, a spine corrector and videos and tips that are constructed for each client to work on and improve their movement and correct faulty patterns.
