Charles Dupigny (PRESIDENT)
Charles is the newly elected President of North Of Panhandle Neighborhood Association. He has been in neighborhood since 2010, and a NOPNA board member for 4 years. He loves to play soccer, bike, and hopes to keep creating an eclectic, diverse, and connected community.

DERA-JILL MONTAGNE ( (VICE PRESIDENT)
Dera-Jill and her husband, both architects, have lived around the Pan-handle for 15 years, including nine years in North Pandhandle, where she also operates her architecture and design firm

LEELA GILL (SECRETARY) & (SAFETY CHAIR)
Leela has lived in the NOPA area since 1990. She served as NOPNA President in 2006- 2008, continues to act as a neighborhood block captain, and helps with the NOPNA Newsletter. Leela and her husband, Charles, have two boys and enjoy visiting neighbors and riding bikes to Golden Gate Park. Leela was appointed and serves on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for the Mayor’s Department of Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF). You can contact her at leela@nopna.org


MIKE LEEDER (TREASURER)
Mike Leeder is the Treasurer of the NOPNA Board. In addition, Mike is a Co-Founder of Bytes for Bits, an after school organization teaching grade school kids to code software. Professionally, Mike has spent over a decade with Merrill Lynch and is currently a Senior Vice President.

TIM HICKEY (MEMBERS-AT-LARGE)
Tim Hickey and his wife, Leah, have lived in the neighborhood since 2010 and can be seen with their son, Liam, biking and walking through the area.


JJ STRAHLE (MEMBER-AT-LARGE)
JJ has been a resident of the neighborhood since 2001. He likes how the neighborhood is evolving, but at the same time is concerned for many of the long-term residents and businesses who have seen or face the threat of their rents go through the roof. JJ is proud of the way the various neighborhood and merchant groups within the area work together for progress. He lives with his wife, who he met in the panhandle park while walking their respective dogs, and two children.

JASON CAUTHEN (MEMBER-AT-LARGE)
Jason Cauthen is a San Francisco native who loves Bay to Breakers. He moved to this neighborhood in 2011 with his wife and kids. When not working, commuting, or spending time with his family - Jason enjoys brief excursions on his bike.

KANDACE KAYLOR (MEMBER-AT-LARGE)
Kandace is the type of neighbor that readily gets involved in neighborhood activities and causes. She is the driving force behind Nopa Networking, a resource for neighbors to share information and promote local events and businesses. Additionally, Kandace works with other volunteers and board members to coordinate Nopna sponsored events like the annual Block Party. She has lived in the neighborhood with her dog Vegas, since 2003. Kandace was a Board Member 2009-2011 and joined again in 2013. She works in the Mutual Fund industry and spends free time enjoying all the amenities our neighborhood has to offer.
