North Fork Yoga Shala

Located in Greenport, New York on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island, The North Fork Yoga Shala is the new home of Claire Copersino, who has been sharing her signature style of eclectic, alignment-based vinyasa yoga on the east end for 13+ years.

Drawing from almost 20 years of experience studying with a wide variety of extraordinary teachers, as well as a daily steeping in her own practice, Claire has developed her own unique, refreshing, and inspiring blend of the sweat and vigor of vinyasa yoga with the grounding containment of more alignment based lineages to serve up a practice that lends itself to the unexpected and wrings-out and purifies body, mind and spirit, leaving her yogi’s light, bright and ready to move forward in a more heart-centered perspective.

For Claire it is such an awesome privilege to share this practice with the beautiful community of yogi’s who practice with her. For this she will always be so very grateful.
