FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.
Up Lift: Self motivated weight lifting and strength training (free time).

Little Grasshopper Grapple: a mixture of grappling combatives (self defense), wrestling and grappling basics for children.

Little Grasshopper Jump: Fun exercises that focus on the child's agility, strength and hand eye coordination.

Little Grasshopper Strike: Basic striking skills suited to advance by age and ability.

Grappling Essentials: a mixture of grappling combatives (self defense), wrestling and grappling basics.

Advanced Grappling: a mixture of Jui Jitsu, Judo, Sambo, Catch Wrestling and Other forms of Submission Grappling.

Striking Basics: Boxing and similar striking basics.

Advanced Striking: A mixture of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and other forms of striking.

MMA Classes: a mixture of grappling and striking for competition. Classes are a bit more competitive in nature and require more enduring physical activity.

Competition Team: Competitors only. Invitation only classes and may require testing prior to admission.
