North Haven Auto Body has been proudly serving our community for over 75 years. Our state of the art facility offers five frame machines, 20 bays and two downdraft spray booths, and we continue to update our equipment to be sure you benefit from all the latest accident repair technologies available. Our team is thoroughly trained in all repair systems to make sure we get it right the first time, period. This is one of the reasons we have become a highly trusted collision repair provider in Connecticut.

At North Haven Auto Body, we are committed to protecting our environment and have taken a greener approach to all our processes, including being one of just a few body shops in the United States that utilizes solar energy to handle collision repair in a more environmentally-friendly manner.

We began using waterborne paint back in 2008; today, more than 70% of vehicles use waterborne base coating and treatments. Thanks to having this technology, we are also able to better match metallic size, and have dropped our emissions during the finishing process by a whopping 50%. But we’re not satisfied with that, so we continue to improve all our processes to make them as green as we can.

At North Haven Auto Body, Customer Service is just as important to you and your vehicle as are proper repairs. We believe that nobody should have to call us for updates. IT IS OUR JOB TO KEEP YOU INFORMED!! We give updates daily or every other day, based on your vehicle and the way you want your updates: phone text or email. We want you engaged and active in your repair process, so if you see anything that isn’t the way you want it, let us know!
