We are committed to providing exceptional bodywork with massage, Rolfing, and Ashiatsu barefoot massage workshops to licensed massage therapists.

It is our goal to offer clients and other massage therapists effective massage and bodywork alternatives in a professional, ethical and nurturing environment to promote individual health and wellness. We have experience helping people recover from auto accidents, sports injuries, hip/knee replacement surgery, rotator cuff/shoulder injuries, chronic headaches/migraines, whiplash, back pain and many other conditions. Our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, MediCupping™ and Pregnancy Massage, but our signature massage is Ashiatsu barefoot massage. We also offer Rolfing® Structural Integration.

We are conveniently located right off I-85 and Guess Road at 3101 Guess Road Suite B, in Durham, North Carolina. Our fully ADA compliant studio consists of a foyer and waiting area, 3 treatment rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a training room for Ashiatsu massage classes as part of the Center for Barefoot Massage.
