Welcome to the Northeast Seminole Heights fan page! This page was created to help keep you informed of happenings in our area and to instill a sense of community in our wonderful neighborhood. Please feel free to post pictures of your house or anything that is of interest to you and your neighbors. Northeast Seminole Heights is the northeast quadrant of the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association. Northeast Seminole Heights covers the areas formerly known as Evelyn City. Our boundaries are Sligh Ave to the South, the Hillsborough River to the North, I-275 to the West, and 22nd Street to the East.
