We offer spacious studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartment homes for rent. We are a pet friendly apartment community. Apartments include all major kitchen appliances, generous cabinet and closet space and a patio or balcony. Select apartment homes incorporate gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and extra storage closets. The apartment buildings are equipped with laundry facilities; however, select apartment homes include either washer and dryer hook-ups or washer and dryer included. Each apartment building has a controlled access entry to ensure your safety and privacy. On-site emergency maintenance guarantees a hassle-free lifestyle while our grounds crew sustains an attractive apartment community. For your convenience, the leasing office is open 7 days a week. Pet Policy:
We welcome your furry family members! Cats and dogs are both welcome. There is a single $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee plus $25 pet rent per pet each month. No more than 2 pets per apartment, and they cannot weigh more than 35 pounds. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit bulls, Rottweilers and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed. Cats are not required to be declawed.
