Northshore Fire Protection District

With over 350 square miles of response area, Northshore Fire Protection district boasts one of the largest in the state. Spanning from the Colusa/Lake County Line to the Mendocino/Lake County Line, our response area features residential buildings, commercial buildings, wildland/urban interface; and potential water rescues, cliff rescues, confined space rescues, hazardous material incidents, high speed vehicle accidents. In addition to numerous other types of threats that our Firefighters have to be trained and prepared to mitigate. This is why we are known as an "All Risk" agency.
