Northwest Harvest serves more than 65 hunger relief programs and 13 schools in 9 counties in Central Washington. In addition to securing local produce from growers, we bring staples such as rice beans, pasta, meat and fish into the region to make sure families are provided well-rounded, nutritious meals.

Our partnerships in Central Washington date back to our beginnings in 1967. By providing transportation to move bulk shipments, obtaining volunteers for repacking efforts, and responding quickly to growers, we are able to reduce waste, save our agricultural partners money, and feed the hungry with food that might otherwise end up in a landfill.
