Northwood Gratitude and Honor Memorial

The nation's first memorial devoted to honoring by name all the fallen American service men and women from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. As of Memorial Day 2013 there are the names of 6,659 Fallen Heroes on the Memorial's granite plaques, representing all who have fallen between October, 2001 and March, 2013. Additional names are engraved at least twice each year.

The lists containing the names and their location on the Memorial are maintained on the "Fallen Heroes" page of the web site www.NorthwoodMemorial.com. Free name rubbings may be requested by Gold Star family members and friends of the fallen using the form on the "Gold Star" page of the site.
