Norwell Athletic Club

Norwell Athletic Club is more than just a gym, we are a complete fitness and health center with over 27,000 sq. ft. of everything fitness. We offer one of the largest free weight rooms on the South Shore, two Nautilus circuits, treadmills, life cycles, bikes and We offer our members use of our full basketball court, tanning, saunas and steam rooms. We also have child care hours Monday through Saturday.

We have over 75 weekly exercise classes in all of our specialized studios including Group X, Yoga/Barre & Spin. We are also the home of Pure Pilates, a complete classical pilates center.

We offer specialized personal training in groups, for athletes or one on one to help you accomplish your goals.

NAC partners with New England Wellness Solutions for specialized holistic and oriental medicine services such as acupuncture, massage, Reiki and herbal medicine. Our partner ProActFit provides Orthopedic Physical Therapy for members and patients and our Nutritionist partner, Simplify Holistic Nutrition Consulting helps members determine if a change in your diet is needed to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals.
