Grilley & Associates

David “Grizz” Grilley is a retired F-16 Senior Pilot and T-38 Instructor with a Master’s degree in
Physics. He spent the last two years of his military career at the Air Force’s UAV Battlelab at Eglin AFB, Florida where he conceived innovative uses for UAVs/UAS/RPAs for the USAF and other services. After proudly serving the United States Grizz began his second career as a proposal consultant where he has supported a wide variety of customers and programs.
Grizz has the background, leadership skills, and education to lead any team to respond to proposal requirements effectively – in language the evaluators understand. He has often said his main job is to “translate” what the engineers write into something the Government
understands. Along the way, he has developed tailorable training seminars and processes, based on industry best practices, which all of G&A’s consultants leverage to provide the right level of support for our customers. – His philosophy which is Grilley & Associates benchmark is “Do It Right The First Time, Rather Than Do It Over”
