SOME GUIDELINES:
Renters must be 24 or over
Children are welcome and baby gates, pack n plays, baby crib swings, are available for rental thru our mgmt company for a small fee payable to them
No pets at this time (out of respect for future renters)
Please securely (winds can get quite gusty up there) replace cover on Hot Tub after each use to ensure waters cleanliness.
Please make sure to extinguish grill COMPLETELY (buckets of sand and water are located beside the grill) when finished grilling so as not to cause a fire hazard.
