Our intention is to to contribute to the health and well-being of our community through the food that we create, the guidance that we offer, and the space that we provide. We are committed to supporting local farmers and businesses, and use local ingredients whenever possible. Our recipes are carefully crafted and prepared with love, intended to leave your mind happy, body nourished, and your soul uplifted.

We offer ghee from Full Moon Ghee, South River Miso, fermented veggies from Real Pickles, fermented cashew cheese and sauerkraut from Tringo's Cultures (our in house fermenter), apples from Dwight Miller Orchards, greens from Queen's Greens, Fire Cider from Sweet Birch Herbals, wheatgrass from Wild for Greens, Gill Greenery sprouts, root vegetables from Winter Moon Roots, Katalyst kombucha, herbal elixirs from Goldthread, Full Kettle Farm herbal teas, Dandy Blend, local honey and VT maple syrup, Cricket Creek feta cheese.
