NTCH - Whitneyville Thrift Store

NTCH stands for Northern Tier Children's Home which is located on SR 49 in Harrison Valley, PA. The Children's Home now houses several different organizations including, Potter County Woman’s Residential Rehabilitation Center, Potter County Human Services (for "Guest Rooms" for homeless individuals and families in an emergency setting), and Northern Tier Retreat (a health program for Amish and Mennonite families). Northern Tier Children’s Home also awards two $1000 scholarships each year to high school seniors graduating from Northern Potter High School and Cowanesque Valley High School. The thrift store is a 501C3 not-for-profit organization with all profits benefiting this much needed organization.

NTCH - Whitneyville Thrift Store also works in conjunction with HAVEN, a Tioga Co. program that provides services to abused women. HAVEN's clients can purchase needed clothing at the Whitneyville Thrift Store with $25 vouchers that the NTCH supplies to this program.

NTCH Thrift Store is located between Mansfield and Wellsboro, PA on the Charleston Road near the Tioga County Fair Grounds.

10:00-4:00 Tuesday through Friday
10:00-3:00 Saturday
Closed on Sunday and Monday

NTCH only accepts cash or checks (over $5.00).

The store always has a little bit of everything from folks who have donated their unwanted usable items. A wide variety of clothes, shoes, dishes, furniture, sporting equipment, electronics, toys, books, and more can always be found at the store!

DONATIONS
Donations can be brought to the store during normal business hours. If you have a donation and cannot deliver it to the store yourself, call the main office at 814-334-5226 and make arrangements with Carolyn for your items to be picked up.
