Intervention is about understanding. If you can't understand, then you can't help. The Intervention RN provides education to the family prior to any intervention. Her interventions are loving and respectful and aren't the type to twist an addicts arm to go to rehab. Instead, they concentrate on helping an addict understand that they are sick and not a bad person.

Joani Gammill at Intervention RN, though she no longer carries her license, she has over 20 years of clinical experience after her own struggles with alcoholism and drug addiction. She now focuses on chemical dependency interventions all over the country. She is a registered member of the Association Intervention Specialists since 2006.
