I'm a wife, mom and grandma. I don't claim to be an expert in the field of nutrition, but I am passionate about helping and encouraging people live healthier lives.

Our busy lifestyles drive us to make compromises with regard to what we eat. We choose convenience because of lack of planning and just plain old busyness.
