Brooke is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Masters of Science in Nutrition. Brooke also has a bachelors degree in Psychology from Linfield College where her studies were focused on eating disorders and counseling theories. Since starting her business, Brooke has worked to provide life changing one-on-one nutrition coaching individually tailored to meet each clients health and nutrition goals.

After years of worsening symptoms and many doctors appointments, Brooke was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the age of 23. She was born and raised on her family wheat farm with a diet rich in wheat, so you can imagine the lifestyle change that had to follow. Enduring the challenges of adapting to a new way of eating has given her first hand experience for guiding others to meet their health and nutrition goals.
