NXT Training has delivered incredible results from 8 year old children looking to begin to learn the importance of exercise in their daily life to changing the lives of hundreds of "soccer moms" in our Boot Camps and Small Group Training to taking elite NCAA & NFL players to another level for their upcoming season. NXT training has been used in large group (20 - 150 athletes) Sports Performance Training at Rochester, Lake Orion, Oxford MI. This may sound impossible but with the types of exercises and programs we have developed we truly brought the world of "working out" to the NeXT Level for anyone who has made the decision to change their life.
