Oak Creek Homes is a regional vertically integrated factory homebuilder, with operations in manufacturing, retailing, community development, finance and insurance.

Oak Creek has been in continuous production since June of 1983 and has produced over 42,000 homes. Oak Creek has built a quality name that is recognizable throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado and Mississippi. Oak Creek offers its homes through a network of company and independently owned model home centers and builder’s showcases throughout the Southwestern United States.

In addition to home manufacturing, the company provides financial services to manufactured and modular homeowners. These services include; construction, permanent financing and insurance. Additionally the company is involved in community and real estate development and provides consulting services to others.

Oak Creek of Fort Worth has been the main stay for the organization and is its first operating manufacturing operation. It is staffed with many of the original employee’s, both in the office and plant which started with the company over 28 years ago. This gives us the foundation to supply the quality and innovation necessary for our customers who have depended upon us for their housing needs.

We have been chosen by multiple government agencies to supply both permanent and temporary housing for disaster reliefs and military base housing.
